About PMS

The Performance Management System (PMS) is a shared undertaking between the superior and the employee that allows an open discussion of job expectations, key responsibilities, and processes designed to align with the overall institutional goals. The performance plans will define what is expected of the employee in terms of contributions (output and achievements) and desired competencies (knowledge, skills, and attitudes).
